Our rates go down after November 1. It’s the start of Quiet Season here in Saugatuck. Things aren’t as hectic as the Summer months. Some restaurants and shops shut down and most businesses close for a few days during the week. This year’s spectacular Fall foliage display is winding down and there’s a chill in the air.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t come for a visit. We are offering a Quiet Season special until December 23. Stay 2 nights midweek in any cottage or suite and save 10% on our reduced rates. Extend your stay to 3 or more nights and you’ll save 20%.
It’s a great time to get some early holiday shopping done or enjoy a hike through the dunes. Visit our local wineries, breweries, distilleries or cider houses.
If you aren’t visiting family this Thanksgiving, why not spend some quiet time here. One of our new favorite spots, Pennyroyal Cafe will be open on Thanksgiving for carry out. If you are adventurous, you can even dine in their tent. On Wednesday, you can pick up Thanksgiving meals from Farmhouse Deli. We’ll also be open over Christmas but it’s too soon to know what the restaurant situation will be.
