• To guarantee your reservation we require a major credit card to which we will charge an amount equal to one night's stay.
• Upon processing this to your credit card, we will mail you a confirmation of your reservation.
• A request for cancellation will be honored when received no less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and remain charged to your credit card. $25 cancellation fee.
• Rates do not include applicable taxes.
• Smoking is only permitted on cottage porches.
• Check-In Time: 4 - 9 p.m.
• Check-Out Time: 12 noon
